Kleinbrook Young provides commercial real estate financial modeling consulting services, including custom model builds, model reviews and audits, waterfall/GP-LP structuring, sensitivity analysis and dashboards, and online educational courses.

3. Consulting Engagements

All consulting engagements are governed by individual engagement letters or statements of work that outline scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees. These engagement-specific terms supplement these general Terms of Service.

4. Academy & Course Access

Course access is granted on a per-user basis and is non-transferable. Free courses require email registration. Paid courses require payment through our designated payment processor. Course materials are for personal educational use only and may not be redistributed or resold.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, course materials, model templates, and software, is the property of Kleinbrook Young and is protected by intellectual property laws. Client deliverables become the property of the client upon full payment.

6. Refund Policy

Consulting engagement refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis per the individual engagement agreement. For paid courses, refund requests may be submitted within 14 days of purchase if less than 25% of course content has been accessed.

7. Disclaimer

Financial models and educational content provided by Kleinbrook Young are for informational and analytical purposes only. They do not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Users should consult qualified professionals before making investment decisions.

8. Limitation of Liability
