The firm serves a global client base spanning private equity sponsors, real estate developers, debt funds, family offices, and multi-billion dollar public and private institutions.
Our work covers a wide range of asset types: Retail, Office, Industrial, Flex, Data Center, Multifamily, LIHTC, Condos, Hospitality, Life Sciences, and Specialty. We have built and maintained firm-wide models for teams with more than $30+ Billion AUM.
Kleinbrook Young operates as a focused, senior-led practice. This model ensures consistent quality, deep project familiarity, and direct accountability from kickoff through final delivery. In some instances, we have been on-site with teams for as long as six months during the build out of firm-wide financial models.
